Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Keystone Collective, we want you to love your purchase. Because we are a small, mission-driven business just getting started, we currently offer exchanges only and do not accept returns for refunds.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. If you need a different size or received a defective item, we are happy to help make it right.

To request an exchange, please contact us at help@thekeystonecollectiveshop.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. Our team will provide next steps and shipping instructions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at help@thekeystonecollectiveshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Once we receive your exchange item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your replacement is shipped.
